1. No commmissions - Most galleries charge you back a commission on all of your Art Work sold in their gallery, often as much as 50%, we charge none the entire sell price goes back to you the artist.
2. You have a unique web presence- A customer looking to view your art work will go directly to your pages not to the Lemonwood Gallery home page.
3. Your own E-mail account - When a customer selects art work to purchase they click on the e-mail image at the bottom of your page and their message is sent directly to you. (You must subscribe to an existing internet service provider for this function to work. example - yourname@aol.com, yourname@juno.com, etc.)
4. We work harder to promote your work.- Each of your pages are registered each month with over 700 search engines and link sites. Some of the engines like Alta Vista and Northernlights will pick up your pages in a week others like Yahoo can take up to 8 weeks to pick them up. The system does work and does generate traffic and hits to your pages.

Should you want the Lemonwood Gallery to take he photos, the fee is $25.00 and you must bring the art work to the Lemonwood Gallery. Each contract lasts for 12 months and must be renewed 2 week prior to the expiration date of the existing contract.

Your individual web pages will be promoted as if it were your own website, and those pages will be registered with more than 700 search engines and link sites each month. Each page will be registered as if it is it's own unique URL. You will be informed of the web address of each of your pages once they are built and registered. ( Usually 2 weeks after we get the contract and payment back.) It will take some search engines 4 to 6 weeks to pick up the pages, others like Alta Vista will pick them up in 7 to 10 days.
We should be informed when art on the website is sold by the artist, so it can be listed a such on the site. There are no refunds should art sell before the contract expires.
If it becomes necessary for the Lemonwood Gallery to handle the transaction (we can take American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover) there is a 20% commission due the Lemonwood Gallery on the sale of the art work. Proper packing, shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the artist. To protect the customer, the Lemonwood Gallery will hold the proceeds of the sale (made through the gallery) until the art is received in good condition by the customer. The proceeds less the commission will then be sent on to the artist.
